    The continuing racial and socio-economic imbalances in Milton's two elementary schools were at the core of a Cape Henlopen school board candidates' forum hosted by the Sussex County League of Women Voters April 22. Board Vice President Roni Posner said balancing the socio-economic patterns in Milton, building a new school in town and anticipating the expansion of the district's middle schools and high school will be the biggest challenges for the district in the next five years. The Cape Henlopen School District election will be held from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday, May 12. Polling locations will be at Rehoboth Elementary School, Cape Henlopen High School and Mariner Middle School.

Superior Court Judge E. Scott Bradley sentenced Bodenweiser to one year of supervised probation, and he must register as a Tier I sex offender.
