    The Sequoyah County Sheriff's Office says the Cherokee Nation deputy marshal who barricaded himself in a home Thursday surrendered peacefully early Friday. Sheriff Ron Lockhard told KFSM, the CBS affiliate in Fort Smith , the unidentified man gave up peacefully after talking with Oklahoma Highway Patrol and Cherokee Nation negotiators for more than 10 hours.
