Butler County authorities advised KSP that Daniel R. French, 56, of Berea had an indictment warrant for Aggravated Murder, Aggravated Burglary, Aggravated Robbery, Tampering With Evidence and Gross Abuse of a Corpse.

    An 18-year-old was killed after losing control of his vehicle and hitting a tree in Madison County, according to Kentucky State Police. Richard Tillery, of Berea, was driving a 1997 BMW south on U.S. 25 around 4 p.m. Monday when he lost control, crossed into oncoming traffic and went off the left side of the roadway hitting the tree near the Rockcastle County line.
