Lowe in a Polk County bar parking lot was placed on 5 years of probation with 1 year in jail following sentencing this Thursday. Biron was accused of running over Lowe, of Luck, with his vehicle after she got knocked down during a fight in the parking lot of Staples Lake Bar & Grill about 3 miles west of Comstock early July 27, 2013.
