The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said Leslie Lee Bird was driving a 2005 Subaru Baja on Javine Hill Road, south of Avant, about 11:20 a.m. The investigating trooper said in his collision report that Bird departed the road to the right, overcorrected, left the road to the left, overcorrected again and departed to the right once more.
