A man called police about 9:30 p.m. Friday after he saw a 4-year-old girl walking near a 7-Eleven store at 1628 N Rockwell Ave. The girl led a police officer to an apartment in the 6800 block of NW 16, and the officer found a 1-year-old alone inside the apartment, according to a police report.
