The Mobile County District Attorney's Office has dropped the murder and shooting into an occupied vehicle charges that initially were filed against Jamarcus Mahone , 19, in the death of Murphy High School sophomore Raven Hamilton, 16. The capital murder charge was filed earlier this week.
