    Eight dogs remain available for free adoption at the Mobile County Animal Shelter as the facility combats recurring overcrowding issues. As of Friday morning, the shelter housed a total of 88 dogs, just shy of its maximum capacity of 90. Another 33 dogs are currently available for paid adoption at $80 which covers the spay/neuter fee, the 5-in-1 vaccination, wormer and the one-year rabies vaccination.
