Hall, 19, of Pomeroy, Ohio, both entered guilty pleas to the misdemeanor offense of battery, according to records filed in the office of Mason County Circuit Clerk Bill Withers.

Summers, 37, formerly of Haiti Road, was sentenced Monday in Meigs County Common Pleas Court to three years in prison after pleading guilty to two counts of gross sexual imposition, which were reduced from the more serious charge of rape as part of a plea deal reached with local authorities.
