The facts of this case were that on the evening of Sunday, December 18, 2005, around 6:30 p.m., 37-year-old Sheryl "Sherri" Warner was alone in her home located at 8445 James Monroe Highway, 29 South in Culpeper County, about three miles before the Madison County line.

Gov. Terry McAuliffe announced Wednesday that the company will add 84,000 square feet and create 25 new jobs in the expansion, which will include adding warehouse storage for Plow and Hearth, as well as headquarters staff for VivaTerra.
