    Authorities in central Ohio say one man has died and another is seriously injured following a hit-skip crash on Interstate 70. The Ohio State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred early Tuesday morning on I-70 near West Jefferson in Madison County. Twenty-nine-year-old Douglas Griffin of Cleves had stopped on the berm to work on his disabled tractor-trailer when he was struck by an eastbound vehicle that kept going.
