    The Kossuth County Sheriffs Office said the accident Tuesday afternoon happened west of Algona on Highway 18. 46-year old Robert Crosby was riding a 1997 Harley Davidson motorcycle west behind a 1992 Lincoln Town Car, driven by 53-year old Lisa Twait of Algona. As Twait slowed to make a left hand turn, Crosby tried to pass her, and his motorcycle struck the back of the Lincoln.
