    A 40-year-old man wanted for robbery was arrested at a Post Falls restaurant on Sunday after allegedly telling a waitress that he is in the Mafia and if he received poor service he would kill her. According to the Coeur d'Alene Press, Richard Frank Martin, of Spokane Valley, was booked into the Kootenai County jail after allegedly threatening the employee at G.W. Hunters restaurant at 615 N. Spokane St. around 3:30 p.m. After a Post Falls police officer arrived at the restaurant because of the alleged threats, Martin was asked to step outside.
