A 17-year old boy was arrested on the night of Tues., Jan. 27 and charged with second-degree sexual assault for allegedly assaulting a 15-year old girl in a stairwell at Capital High during school hours more than 24 hours earlier, on Mon., Jan 26. Even though the girl had reported the assault to school officials on that Monday, law enforcement officers said they were not notified until the following day.

Deputies said Don Radcliff was working at Good Family Pharmacy Wednesday when an armed intruder identified as Terry Gillenwater, 25, of Quick, came into the store about 9:45 a.m. Gillenwater tried to rob the pharmacy with his face covered by a bandanna, pulling a gun on employees behind the counter.
