    The Jefferson County Sheriff's Department is asking for information about a reported robbery on Wednesday, Nov. 12. Deputies were called to Phillips 66 Midwest Petroleum in the 2800 block of Montauk in Festus for a robbery around 10:40 p.m. A store clerk said a white male suspect came into the store showing a semi-automatic pistol and pointed it at the store clerk and a customer. The suspect told the store clerk to open the cash register and give him all the cash.
