    Jackson County Sheriff Tim Morse said the crews are on the scene just North of the Holton Hospital on Highway 75 around 8:30 a.m. Morse said that a Ford Escort was traveling South on 75 when it crossed the center line and struck a semi traveling North. The semi was transporting a tanker full of concrete additive.
