    Two men surrendered to authorities at the Hill County Law Enforcement Center Wednesday, September 10. According to Hill County Sheriff's Office reports, 18-year-old Cody Dresner of Leroy and 21-year-old Dakota Moore of Itasca were both wanted on two counts of arson, a second-degree felony. According to Chief Deputy Mark Wilson, the men were suspects in pasture fires that occurred Thursday-Saturday, August 28-30.

He suggested putting the ban off and monitoring conditions.
