    The identity of a woman who perished in a Whitney area structure fire the first week in August has been positively identified as 70-year-old Joyce Martin of Whitney. A spokesperson for the Hill County Sheriff's Office said that DNA that was obtained from the woman's remains and cigarette butts found near the house matched.

Sabrina Coleman, 37, of Hubbard, bail jumping/failure to appear; Tonnie Lee Corley, 52, of Rio Vista, driving while intoxicated, third or more; Cory Lyn Cox, 28, of Mount Calm, failure to comply with sex-offender registration.

Authorities were advised by Waco DPS that a suspect in a black Dodge Charger was travel-ling northbound on Interstate 35 into Hill County. According to reports, Preston Pruitt, 20, of Blum had been speaking to 911 operators as he was driving, informing them of a bomb he allegedly placed under the front seat of the vehicle.
