    Police in South Jersey are warning the public about what investigators are calling a "new form of heroin" that's reportedly being distributed in Camden and Gloucester counties. "Heroin pills" are designed to resemble the prescription painkiller oxycodone but are made from a mix of crushed opiate pharmaceuticals and heroin, the Pitman Police Department said in a news release.

Cutili, 35, of Gloucester City, was indicted on charges of burglary, theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy to commit burglary on May 6 in West Deptford and two counts each of burglary and theft by unlawful taking on June 12 in Deptford.
