    The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, with assistance from other law enforcement agencies, arrested two men on Thursday on five counts of first degree theft of property. The ALEA Agriculture and Rural Crimes Unit was notified on Feb. 14 that approximately $71,000 worth of equipment was stolen from a farm in the Samson area in Geneva County.

    Two people have been arrested in connection with a Valentine's Day theft when $71,000 worth of equipment was stolen from a farm in the Samson area of Geneva County. Theodore Brodeak, 49, and Steven Overstreet, 36, both of Slocomb, were arrested Feb. 19 and charged with five counts of first-degree theft.
