    A 21-year-old Gibson City woman with several prior convictions for burglary and theft, many involving automobiles, was sentenced to 4-1/2 years in state prison Monday for stealing a car in Gibson City two years ago. Judge Paul Lawrence imposed the sentence on Charly J. Jesse during a hearing in Ford County Circuit Court, saying that probation would be too lenient a punishment for someone with her criminal record.
