    Dakota County Parks is set to open online camping reservations on Monday, April 6 at 9 a.m. Online reservations for camping at the Lebanon Hills Campground in Apple Valley and Lake Byllesby Campground near Cannon Falls will be accepted online 24 hours a day. Lebanon Hills Campground has 93 camp sites-58 with electricity, water and sewer; 24 with electricity only; and 11 for tenting with no hook-ups.

"While an increase in this category is always of concern, it needs to be kept in mind that for the last eight years there has been a steady decrease in juvenile felony-level charges in Dakota County," County Attorney James Backstrom said in a news release.
