    A winter weather advisory for north Alabama including Cullman County has caused the Alabama High School Athletic Association to delay the start of Wednesday's Northwest Regional tournament at Wallace State-Hanceville to 10 a.m. The tourney schedule will run games every 1:45 starting with Deshler - Danville in the Class 4A girls final at 10 a.m. and ending with the all-Birmingham Class 5A finals with Ramsay and Wenonah girls at 5 p.m. and the Class 5A boys with Parker and Ramsay at 6:45 p.m. Unlike Tuesday's delay, an AHSAA official said that the Northeast Regional at Jacksonville State University will begin at 9 a.m. as scheduled.
