    Cass County Deputies believe that 26-year-old Joshua Westphal of Vandalia was driving too fast for conditions when his pick-up went out of control on Harvey St in Cass County's Porter Township, slid off the road and into a tree at about 10:30 a.m. 29-year-old Kyle Majewski of Cassopolis and 19-year-old Phillip Kocsis of Dowagiac were both transported to Borgess Lee Memorial Hospital for treatment of their injuries.

A pickup truck driven by 26-year-old Joshua Westphal, of Vandalia, ran off of Harvey Street and struck a tree after Westphal lost control on slushy roads, a news release from the Cass County Sheriff's Office said.
