    The Kentucky State Police in Ashland is investigating a fatal collision that occurred this morning around 6:22 am in the area of 21039 West US 60 in Carter County, KY. The victim, 58 year old James M. Richards of Olive Hill, KY, was operating a Beige Buick passenger car westbound on US 60 in the area of Upper Tygart Elementary when he lost control of the vehicle, traveled over an embankment and into a creek.
