    According to Attorney General Eric Holder, voter-ID laws are a solution to a problem that doesn't exist -- never mind the recent Cooperative Congressional Election Study estimating that more than 14 percent of non-citizens in both the 2008 and 2010 samples indicated that they were registered to vote. On Monday, however, the Allen County Election Board will investigate not only the possibility that an illegal vote was cast Nov. 4, but that it was done by somebody who was done with the knowledge of somebody who should have been protecting the integrity of the electoral process.

White, who was found bleeding from the chest in the parking lot of the Clark gas station at Wayne Trace and Drexel Avenue.

David Randal Cocklin, 57, pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter in the death of 30-year-old Raynell C. Witnesses said Cocklin and White were fighting and that Cocklin then stabbed White in the chest.
