    An Adams County woman who worked with York County children was charged with Medicaid fraud after she allegedly falsified documents, billing for therapy and behavioral services she didn't provide, according to the state Attorney General's Office. Melissa Kay Balko, 42, of the first block of East Oak Drive, Oxford Township, was a mobile therapist and behavioral specialist consultant for Pennsylvania Counseling Services from November 2011 to January 2013, according to a news release from the AG's office.
