    More than 200 grams of meth, a Colt Mark 4 .45 caliber handgun and two stun guns were seized from a Texas resident staying at the Cross Keys Motor Lodge in Hamilton Township around 6 a.m. Oct. 3, according to Adams County District Attorney Shawn Wagner. Gary Richard McCarley, 57, of Texas faces felony charges for violations of the controlled substance act, possession of a firearm with altered manufacturer's number and possessing a firearm when he was prohibited to do so, according to a criminal complaint filed with Magisterial District Justice Tony Little's office on Nov. 10. Federal marshals arrested McCarley on Oct. 3 outside of a room at the Cross Keys Motor Lodge on a sealed arrest warrant out of Texas, according to the affidavit.
