    FCA US' Dundee Engine Plant in Southeastern Michigan has been given "silver" status for its results in implementing "World Class Manufacturing," making it the first U.S. facility and the only North American engine plant to receive this designation, the Auburn Hills automaker said Thursday. The so-called World Class Manufacturing was implemented by Fiat in 2006, and later adopted by Chrysler Group as part of the alliance between the companies in 2009.
