    Gregory Potter was drunk and rude during a social gathering in Durham just moments before he allegedly set five multiunit structures on fire nearly two years ago, according to a woman who testified on Wednesday afternoon for the state. Allison Moloney, who lived at 4 Main St. in Durham with two friends from Londonderry, was in her sophomore year at the University of New Hampshire on Feb. 2, 2013, the night of the fires at 6, 15, 19 and 20 Main St. A barn and apartment at 4 Smith Park Lane were also destroyed that night.
