Fairbanks Ave., just a stone's throw away from thirsty Rollins College students. For now, the bar is serving beer and wine only, albeit a lot of it: The Winter Park Frank & Steins offers 60 beers on draft and approximately 200 bottles, a selection similar to the one at its downtown location on Magnolia Avenue.
