Agents found packages holding about 12 pounds of methamphetamine.

    TUCSON, AZ - A nine-day-old baby resuscitated at a border crossing is recovering at a hospital. A 33-year-old woman from Yuma, Arizona told U.S. Customs and Border Protection Officers working at the Port of San Luis her baby girl was not breathing and was choking on her own tongue when she arrived at the crossing on Sunday, Oct. 5. Mexican authorities directed San Luis CBP officers to the car and one officer performed CPR on the baby by giving soft chest compressions while another officer held the baby's head back to open the airway, according to a news release.
