Acela Express and Northeast Regional service will operate between Boston and Washington; however, passengers should expect reduced frequencies, mainly north of New York. Corridor services, including Keystone Service , Empire Service , Amtrak Downeaster and the Springfield Shuttle , will operate as scheduled.
