    Emergency personnel respond to a motor vehicle crash that occurred in front of the borough hall on West Avenue on Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2015 (Brittany M. Wehner WOODSTOWN -- A motor vehicle crash that occurred in front of the borough hall Tuesday afternoon backed up traffic all the way in to neighboring townships Mannington and Pilesgrove. A dark colored four-door car was seen being towed while emergency response crews cleaned up debris from the crash just around 2 p.m. Traffic heading in to Woodstown was stopped down Route 45 and East Avenue while incoming vehicles were stopped at the intersection of 45 and U.S. Route 40 near the Wawa.
