    Staff Report Two people were injured and one driver was charged with drunk driving in a head-on collision on Route 4 in Killington late Monday night, according to the Vermont State Police. Cassie Reed, 43 of Woodstock, was cited for driving under the influence after her vehicle crossed the double-yellow median and hit a vehicle driven by Eileen Generess of North Clarendon, police said.

    Village of Woodstock voters will get a chance to officially vote on accepting the $175,000 grant for the purpose of building a snow dump in March, but a request for another archaeological study could delay or derail the project anyway. At its meeting this week, the Village of Woodstock Board of Trustees approved the language to have voters officially accept the state grant to build a snow dump, noting that additional matching funds would be raised privately by Sustainable Woodstock and that construction of a snow dump on the 2.1 acre parcel off Maxham Meadow Way that would be purchased from the Woodstock Resort Corporation, will not begin until all necessary grants have been awarded.
