    Three people including a baby are hospitalized after they were hit by a Baltimore County police cruiser on Security Boulevard, according to a statement from the Baltimore County Police Department. The officer was responding to an assault reported at Hot Skates on Whitehead Road in Woodlawn and had activated the vehicle's lights and sirens when the cruiser hit a man and a woman who had been pushing a baby in a stroller in the 6600 block of Security Boulevard , police said.
