    WOODBURY -- Officials in the coming months will begin looking into the possibility of privatizing the municipal water and sewer system, after city council on Tuesday approved a resolution seeking an independent advisor to conduct a cost-benefit analysis. According to Councilman Bill Fleming, the city will be advertising for an engineer to assess the estimated worth of Woodbury's water and sewer system, as well as how ratepayers would be affected and other factors, with an eye toward potentially selling the utility to a private company.
