    The Free Lance-Star reports that 38-year-old Xochilt Williams and 44-year-old Mark Briscoe, both of Willingboro, New Jersey, pleaded guilty on Wednesday in Stafford Circuit Court to racketeering, credit card forgery and credit card theft. Each is scheduled to be sentenced Dec. 11. Co-defendant Frederick Bryant of Burlington Township, New Jersey, pleaded guilty in June to credit card theft.

Police say they believe Warren ordered the suspect to exit the vehicle but the circumstances by which Warren shot the suspect with his department-issued .40-caliber handgun remain unclear.
