    WILLIAMSTOWN >> Four proposals, ranging from improvements at a local park to preserving a historic town document, will seek Community Preservation Act funds in 2015. A total of $63,826.44 was requested in the applications, which were due on Dec. 12. The Community Preservation Committee will review them on Jan. 6 at 7 p.m. The local CPA program, funded by a 2 percent property surcharge adopted by voters in 2002, makes money available for community housing, historic preservation, open space and recreation.
