    Bethany Jervis, a member of the Williamsburg High School golf team since the fifth grade, signed an NAIA Scholarship to join the University of Pikeville women's golf team for the 2015-16 season, UPIKE head coach Nelson Scott announced on Monday. Jervis is the daughter of John and Sandy Jervis and plans to major in Biology with future plans to enroll in medical school.

Jr. and Gerald A. , both of Altoona, Joseph A. of Williamsburg and David R. of New Castle; five grandchildren: Abigail, Taylor, Alex, Gerald and Matthew; three sisters: Lottie M. and Eleanor K., both of rural Williamsburg, and Martha Louise Miner of rural Martinsburg; a brother, G. Wayne of Woodbury; and numerous nieces and nephews.
