    Following Hurricane Isaac -related residential burglaries in Plaquemines Parish , a New Orleans man, a Westwego man and two Tennessee men were arrested earlier this month, according to Plaquemines Parish Sheriff Lonnie Greco. The four men were accused of burglarizing at least four homes between Nov. 28 and Dec. 2 in the Braithwaite Park subdivision, one of the community's hit hardest by the 2012 hurricane.

Junior firefighters, Boys Scout Troop 18 and reserve police officers served lunch plates while The Note Worthy Trio band played lively dance.
