Senior U.S. District Judge Alfred V. Covello in Hartford sentenced Michael Lombardo, 38, of Stamford to 12 months and one day of imprisonment, followed by three years of supervised release, for defrauding more than 20 of his investment clients, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.
