He pleaded guilty in October to one count of Possession of Materials to be used in the Manufacture of Methamphetamine following an investigation by the Lewis County Sheriff's Office and will receive credit for time served since May. Julie Ann Johnson, 37, of Elkins, was sentenced to 57 months in prison for her role in manufacturing methamphetamine within Randolph County. She pleaded guilty in November to one count of Possession of Materials to be used in the Manufacture of Methamphetamine following an investigation by the Randolph County Sheriff's Office.
