The issue came to light Nov. 17 when a patient asked for his prescription for oxycodone and acetaminophen that he was scheduled to receive at 6 a.m. When the patient asked a nurse for his medication, she said he should already have received it, but the man was certain he was not given his pills.

The Ravines, a proposed 139-home, single-family development on the 73-acre space, had been before the Planning Commission before. The property sits off of Hanawalt Road between Main Street and County Line Road, and is in the process of being annexed by Westerville from Sharon Township.
