    A former Westerville volunteer youth sports coach was arrested and charged in federal court Oct. 2 on charges that he created child pornography. Bryan Lehman, 50, of Mohican Way in Westerville, was tracked by the Franklin County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force in September and files found on his home computer led to the charges, Westerville police said.
