    The Legislative Prison Relocation Commission meeting was set for 2 p.m. at the Capitol. Residents from West Jordan, Eagle Mountain, Saratoga Springs, Salt Lake City and Tooele planned to gather at the Capitol from noon to 2 p.m. to protest, in hopes of sending a strong message to the commission that they believe the prison does not belong in their cities.
