    In a move that falls in line with the continuing trend of shared services agreements, the boroughs of Woodbury Heights and Wenonah have announced plans to join the Mantua-Pitman joint municipal court. The merger, set to take effect April 1, is expected to save Mantua about $45,000 a year in operating costs for the court's $380,000 budget.
