    A reclamation project that began in 2009 will conclude over the next couple of weeks as Wellington City begins work on a new urban fishery and park project where the Knight-Ideal Coal Plant once stood. When Knight-Ideal closed their facility in 1983, the reclamation laws that protect cities and towns from unsightly and often dangerous abandoned facilities, explained J Chris Rohrer, Senior Reclamation Specialist with the Utah Department of Natural Resources.
