    Kyle Davis, 26, of the 700 block of Glidden Avenue in DeKalb; Jacob McMurray, 22, of the 300 block of South Hickory Street in Waterman; and Brittany Grubbs, 20, of the 600 block of South Fifth Street, DeKalb, were charged with unlawful possession a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a hypodermic syringe after they were arrested Saturday by DeKalb police. The most serious charge, unlawful possession a controlled substance, a Class 4 felony, is typically punishable by one to three years in prison.
