A jury has found a Waterloo man guilty of the shooting death of another Waterloo man in November 2013. Perquondis Holmes was found guilty on all charges in a Black Hawk County court, including first-degree murder in the death of Dae'Quan Campbell, 18. Campbell was shot in the chest and hip on Nov. 14, 2013, in the 1200 block of Langley Road in Waterloo.
