    A plan to erect nearly 3,000 solar panels in a field in a rural Knox County community has prompted town officials to propose a moratorium on such projects. Voters will decide whether to enact a 180-day moratorium at a special town meeting scheduled for 7 p.m. April 6 at the town office.

Drawing on selections that he has written and those of other poets Van Deventer will put voice to word as he brings the season of romance that we call Valentine's Day, named for a Christian martyr and dates back to the 5th century, but has origins in the Roman holiday Lupercalia, to life.
