    Authorities issued a warrant for a man wanted in a Tuesday shooting that wounded three people on the city's southeast side. Warren police on Wednesday said they were also looking for at least three, but possibly four, other people in connection to the 6 p.m. shooting at 2747 Burton St. S.E. Police have not said whether Tuesday's shooting is connected to one early Saturday morning that sent Jeremiah Allen, 21, of Reo Boulevard, Warren, to Cleveland Metropolitan Hospital.

    A 21-year-old Warren man was scheduled to be sentenced Nov. 12 after pleading no contest last week to a misdemeanor charge of vehicular manslaughter in connection with the Dec. 8 pedestrian accident that claimed the life of Antoinette Ross of Howland. Patrick M. Niess, of 1535 Edgewood St. N.E., was found guilty by Warren Municipal Judge Thomas Gysegem, who ordered a pre-sentence investigation by the county's Adult Probation Department in the meantime.
