    Charges will be brought against the driver involved in a truck accident who fled and resisted being apprehended after being found bloodied in a nearby park, according to police. Samuel Merrifield, 28, of Warren was apprehended by Deputy Nathaniel Jack in woods next to Payson Park soon after the crash, which occurred at about 10 p.m. Thursday on Route 90, according to Knox County Sheriff's Office Chief Deputy Tim Carroll.
