Mark Salazar of the Street Violence Section said Joseph Jackson is suspected of robbing a CVS in the 4900 block of North Fresno Street on March 27, a CVS in the 7000 block of North West Avenue on April 14 and a CVS in Visalia on May 4. Jackson was arrested after the Visalia robbery after he reportedly discarded a replica firearm and a large amount of money.
